Run Garmin Connect on your phone, select 530, Activities/Apps, Xert Workout Player, Settings, enter your Xert login credentials when prompted, Authorize the connection, return to your 530 screen.
If you have done this in the past and credentials are no longer working, select the Settings option to Logout, then Save, then follow steps above to re-authorize.
I could not solve the problem so far. I push start the XertPlayer on edge 530
Then I get asked to autorize through Login on my phone
I enter my credentials
But then the process gets stucked showing me “obtaining signature” on Edge 530 without opening the Player
Have you tried uninstalling the Connect IQ app and reinstalling it?
Was it working fine in the past?
Does the EBC app run fine on your phone with the same credentials?
