Xert workout player broken

I sent an email to support, but hey, maybe somebody here has a solution.

Since today the Xert Workout player no longer works.

On edge 520, newly re-installed xert workout player:

  • Xert asks for login via connectIQ app on phone (each and every time)
  • I log in
  • Xert on the edge goes to “obtaining workout”
  • Xert goes to “Processing workout”
    The edge’s screen goes black with a blue “IQ” icon with an exclamation point.

Has anybody seen this, and maybe solved it?

It seems to work again. :man_shrugging:
