Hi there, I am running into a weird problem and I am not sure what could be causing it. I tried logging in the platform using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and MS Edge) from my Macbook Pro and all I get is an empty page with the lefthand side menu. Whatever I select on the menu nothing loads on the righthand side.
If I use a Windows OS with whatever browser it works just find.
Might be looking for your location. XERT requests your location in Safari… every time. I had to allow XERT to track my location. Settings/websites - changed from ask to allows.
Thanks Mark, I checked the location settings for Safari and changed it to allowed but it didn’t change anything. I am pretty sure it’s something on my side given that all browsers I tested on MacOS has the same problem, using Windows it works fine.
