Havent logged in for awhile. No more Training Pacer on Training Page???

Users with a Forecast AI training plan don’t have the training pacer. Instead, you’ll have a 3-day forecast on the ‘Training’ tab, like this:

Be nice if these also took you to the choose training interface

I agree, that’d be a nice improvement!

For now, clicking on them will update the Recommended Training panel on the right where you can choose from Structured Workouts, and Indoor/Outdoor activities. It won’t allow you to access XMB generated/autogenerated workouts or the manual activity entry. Those can be accessed from the planner for now.

Got It Thx For All The Great Updates!!!

@ManofSteele having been out of training for a few months, seeing these updates is fantastic news.

I love the idea of the autogen using magic buckets…. however, when I try to use it, I get intervals with the correct ‘on’ power, but my rest power is zero. I’ve tried generating for several days but the rest interval is always zero TP. Can you identify what I may be doing wrong? Obviously, I can edit them post-generate, but then all the targets are off.

Also, enhancement request perhaps, it’d be nice to be able to use ‘magic buckets autogen’ but have the ability to change the workout duration, with Xert updating the difficulty to equalise out the duration and power targets.

20 high XSS is a lot, and when you do those intervals you will also generate the needed low XSS. Xert will therefore suggest to recover at 0W to not include additional low XSS.

20 high XSS can be a bit hard. I suggest you just do as many of the intervals as you can, and then adapt the forecast.

Thanks, “20XSS can be a bit hard” is a bit of an understatement, especially doing this on the indoor trainer. Pretty sure I won’t finish the workout, but wanted to understand if the zero watts was correct.
