Same here if I add to Planner.
Looks like they are resetting the server at this time.

@patrak38440 @ridgerider2 @oldcyclist65 Little bit of server maintenance this morning - prepping for more new features in the future Server should be a bit quicker now as well!
If you open Xert in an incognito browser and see if you have the same problem. If not, then clearing your browser cache should resolve the issue. If you are still having troubles, send a note to support!
