Xert Player on Garmin 1000, cant get through?

Ive signed up online, and downloaded the Xert player to my Garmin Connect. Ive also downloaded the app (and authorized) and signed in with login/password. Now on my Garmin, it says “Obtaining Signature… Login via Phone”. My Garmin 1000 is connected to my phone and I am logged in both at Garmin Connect and the Xert Player. Now Im stuck with this window and cant get further. What to do?

check if your smart phone is connected to your wifi network.

assuming the Garmin 1000 is BT connected to your smart phone

Ive factory reseted it and now it works (I didnt do things different). Thanks :slight_smile:
