Xert not syncing to strava

I did an xert workout last night using the new AI Beta. Strava will sync to xert but the xert workout from last night will not sync to strava.

Any help would be great.

For cycling activities, you want Ride, Virtual and Workout selected under Types.
If that doesn’t let you sync the missing activity you can manually sync by viewing the activity in Xert, select Download, then upload the FIT file to Strava.

OK, so I check off the appropriate boxes and still not syncing.

You can also try downloading the FIT file under activity details, delete the activity, then Upload that FIT file back into Xert. A resync to Strava should occur when processed.
If still not working, a manual upload to Strava is your only option.
