Xert missing 3 weeks of data

I subscribed to Premium yesterday, Xert pulled in most activities, however it seems to be missing the most recent 4 weeks.

However when I look on the Strava sync page I can clearly see my activities there:

So why is Xert not picking them up for the activites? I tried disconnecting and reconnecting Strava already, changes nothing.

When I go on my profile picture and select Sync there I get a pop up saying no new Strava activities were found.

The Strava activities in question are not different from the ones Xert managed to pick up, they are all set to public.

I noticed this as well recently. I think maybe it’s only looking for recent activities. We’ll take a look into it though. Thanks!

If you go back to the Sync>Strava page, use the ‘select all’ checkbox to select all those activities in the table, then push the red SYNC button in the bottom right. That should request all of those activities from Strava so they can be synced to your Xert account.

That’s the funny part, it pulled in all older activites and skipped the most recent 30 days it seems.
