Xert Garmin IQ app not obtaining signature

Was going to use the Xert Garmin IQ app for today’s ride (hadn’t used since Sept 2022). The screen appears to not get past “obtaining signature login via phone”. Problem is I am logged in on my phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have same issue for me until I am riding outdoors more, just thought I’d ask how to fix.

Make sure WiFi is disabled on your Edge device and that your phone is paired via BT!

Thanks, will give it a try, WiFi had been connected before, but used for riding outdoors, away from WiFi if that makes a difference. Was attempting to use on indoor ride this time (instead of using iPad).
Garmin says experiencing an outage, try again later, so may be an issue on the Garmin side of things.
