I see there was an android update to xert ebc today. I installed the update and see that even though my setup is mph it still shows kmh in both running and cycling profiles.
You can see the distance in both is miles but the speed is km/h.
I flagged this up to support a number of months ago. I would have hoped it would be fixed by now.
Doing some rough maths in my head it looks as though the speed is in mph meaning it’s the label that is wrong in saying km/h

The issue has been documented. We have other projects that we’re working on atm. The fix for this visual bug will likely be rolled in with some other fixes/updates in the future.
