Xert Buckets blank on Edge 530

On my ride this evening the buckets page on my Edge 530 was blank except a title at the top. Remained that way throughout the ride.


I took a picture for illustration.

The Xert buckets field looked fine on my watch (Forerunner 955) but it is hard to read on the watch.

Anything I need to do to fix it?

Hi @Garrick & @Cosmo , sorry you’re having trouble.

Try plugging in your Edge 830 and using Garmin Express to remove & then perform a fresh install of the XSS Buckets data field. Also be sure to set your user/pass after re-installing.

Didn’t get a chance to do all those steps but it has been fine the last couple of rides. Not sure if something changed or not.

I haven’t had an issue with this in a while but it happened again yesterday. Blank on the Edge 530 but was fine on my Forerunner 955 watch.

I think I’ve tracked this down to happening when my Edge isn’t updated with the current vetsion of the app. Connecting the Connect IQ store to the Edge and pushing updates seems to resolve the issue.
