I used the iPhone player today and saved a completed workout. (Or at least as much as I could manage).
The activity shows up on Xert online but does not sync to Strava. The Strava sync tab shows activities imported from Strava but I can’t get it to go the other way.

Xert automatically syncs all new activities to Strava. What you can do to force it to re-sync is to download the file from Xert (top righthand side of activity details page), delete the activity from Xert, and then re-upload the activity. It should then be processed by Xert & automatically pushed to Strava.
