I recorded my activity, SMART-NUMB 3.5, on both iPhone’s EBC and Mywhoosh on Windows laptop. However, only the record from Mywhoosh logged into Xert. The one from Xert simply went missing. This is the first it happened.
What does the Notifications history indicate?

I have tried rebooting my 17 PRO. The activity is still not showing.
In terms of the notifications, I can see the SMART - Numb showed up earlier by the numbers of hours. Then the Mywhoosh activities came in later. The SMART one seemed to be deleted / replaced.
Anyway, like I said, this is the first time. I just want to bring to your attention. No biggie here.
Notifications indicate a duplicate was detected but it also looks like one was detected an hour earlier. (14 hours vs 15 hours)
Did you ride more than once yesterday or should those entries only overlap once?
Do you see +x Hidden Activity on the Planner today?
Great, thanks for the indication.I found the missing one in the Planner and did ‘SWAP chosen duplicate’.
The activity was recorded at the same time. And I splitted into 2 sessions in Mywhoosh. But in Xert is a completed session. I’m all good now. I also have learned more on the planner.
