Strava or Garmin Connect.
TrainerRoad workouts uploaded to both from TrainerRoad. It’s not syncing into Xert.

Can you try disconnecting and re-lniking your Strava account. We had a few reports of this, but reconnecting generally resolved the issue.

Some input: my running Xert account receives Zwift->GC->Xert but not GC->Xert.
Done all the steps, but will try more 
I’ve had same issue. I did the disconnect and reconnect. The Strava activities show in the Sync column but it forces you to manually check what you want synced instead of just uploading it.
Seems to be working properly today.
