When I click the box that asks if I want Xert to suggest a workout it gives me a Climber workout at 120. So, just do the climber one, I assume?
Yeah. We’ll be coming out with more guidance on this (e.g. Froome is a great Time-Triallist, Climber and GC Specialist so these workouts are all quite similar in their effect). Also, variety helps build spread the training load across the three systems allowing you to increase Training Loads with sufficient recovery.
