I want to adjust my freshness level. I seems that XATA is a bit overcautious with high intensity trainings (it keeps me on “yellow” for 10 days after a race where i didn’t even have a breakthrough). I remember there used to be the freshness feedback slider on the planner section, but I can’t find it anymore. Any idea how to tell Xert that I’m fresher than it actually thinks?
It was moved to under “Goals” quite a while back.

Maybe someone should update the documentation then, it still has a screenshot where it’s in the planner section…
