Where can I see the phase I am in

Hey, I wonder where can I see the phase I am currently in and also when will be the change to next phases. Can’t find it anywhere.

Hi @Diversi, great question!

The new Forecast AI (XFAI) program doesn’t display traditional base, build, or peak phases. Instead, XFAI adapts your training based on your Low, High, and Peak systems, adjusting to your current and target training loads to focus on what’s most relevant for your goals.

You can track how your training loads are projected to change by selecting Low, High, or Peak underneath the forecast chart.
