When does the Training Status Stars Increase from trained to competitive? is this based on improving power for a given discipline based on power medians of other competitors? Like power profiling?
Training Status is based on your exponentially weighted average accumulated work - a Chronic Training Load essentially. We’ll be making some changes to how this appears as we add in our new “Next Generation” PMC features.
