If i skipp back in a workout because i feel that i want to do a couple of more intervalls, will those extra intervalls be taken into consideration on my stats afterwards? Or will Xert view this as me having great troubles with lets say 3 intervalls = easy/moderate for this particular workout in spite of me for example doing 8 and making the workout into a hard one and thus lowering my stats and making the next workout way to easy?
It will be just like you did a workout with more intervals and it will add to your Training Load and Fitness signature values in the normal way. After you have done the workout the system doesn’t care which workout you did, it just takes into account the actual strain that resulted from it.
