Weight Training

Hi! In which way Weight Training (2-3 times/week) can affect XERT adaptive training? weight training is more “central” fatigue but it can affects the capacity to produce high power output during following bike trainings… suggestions?

I would suggest that you simply follow your sense for how you will be able to handle the high-intensity workouts. If XATA recommends something with higher intensity but you feel you aren’t ready for it, simply wait until the next day. XATA will prescribe high-intensity until you do it. Just be aware that you may fall behind if you wait too much. You may need to reduce your improvement rate because of this.

Ok thanks for the reply, i’ll follow your indications. For a future update it coulb be interesting an integration with HRV4TRAINING for monitoring HRV and it consequences on training load…
