Hi,
I’m having problems connecting to a Wattbike. Xert finds the Wattbike ANT+ power sensor but doesn’t display power. It displays speed and cadence but no power.
Any Ideas?
Sorry for the delay on response. We had addressed some issues with the Wattbike in the past. It does some atypical ANT+ messaging that we had to adjust for. Be sure the select power on the sensor configuration dialog. If you are still having issues let us know as we may need to supply you a test app in order to have you help us troubleshoot.
Hi - I am having this same issue - March 2023.
Am I doing something wrong?
Xert sees the bike under “Trainer Control” - but no stats show up during the training?
Side note there is a similar issues with the Heartrate from my Garmin Feinx 6 watch. The Xert app on my iPhone sees the watch - but no data comes through?
@admin1 any help greatly appreciated. I’m testing Xert vs. TrainerRoad right now - and I think I like the Xert better, but have not really been able to test like I can with the TR which does control the WattBike via the ENG.

Solved:
You have to connect the bike 2x.
Once to “Trainer” and then again to “Power”
