Unstructured Workouts

Hey Armando, I do 99% of my rides outside so my approach is taking the total amount of XSS I should have for the recommended workout and mix with the Focus Duration and Interval Targets. Do you recommend anything else or am I good with this approach? Thank you in advance for all the attention to explain little details and for bringing Xert to life.
