title says it all. I can get Basic data and Power Duration screens, but when I click on Advanced MPA, the screen does not change from the display showing Basic. Any thoughts as to why?

Unless you had a breakthrough, I don’t think there will be much if any change between the two screens.

The only difference between the two is that Advanced MPA allows you to manually edit, refresh, and extract a signature. It shouldn’t really be necessary to use it.
