Any suggestions on how you select those 2 values? At the moment I have arbitrarily set TTR at 75% of TP and TTE at 150% of TP. How do you analyze your data and select values? Also, I’m targeting crit performance. Thanks.
For crits, look to set the power to be an intensity that you’ll likely be holding (like what you’ll hold if you looking to break, or what power you’ll need in the sprint). Then a quick peak will tell you how long you can hold that for and help you make a decision on whether to attempt the break, for example. You can set TTR power to be your in the pack power so see how long you’ll need to sit in before fully recovered (or if you set a Target MPA, how long before you are recovered until that point).
