Traning Advice: Endurance Power - What does it mean?

Today is a regeneration day according to my Xert plan. But at the very bottom of the “Training Advice” section, it suddenly says “Endurance Power: 117.9 Watts.” What exactly does that mean in this context?

My fitness signature: 195 TP, 24.2 kJ HIE, 1032 PP, 135 LTP

If you still want to ride despite having scheduled a rest day, Xert suggests an endurance effort of about 87% of your LTP. It’s just a suggestion.
