30 - 45 minute workouts have been consistently offered, and are a good fit for my age, time constraints, and modest goals. Suddenly Xert is offering entirely 2 - 6 hour sessions - ain’t gonna happen. I know that I can set up a filter for shorter sessions, but just wonder what could have triggered the sudden change. Up until today, we (Xert and me) had seemed to be on the same page.

Are there any recent activities on file with a long duration?
Is Availability by day of the week defined?
Thanks for your reply. Turned out the problem was that a couple of weeks ago, I was having an episode of Atrial Fibrillation, a known medical condition for me, which is not a big deal. When these happen I sometimes use my Garmin device to record my HR, in order to be able to identify when the episode resolves to a normal (sinus) rhythm more precisely than just by self observation.
So, a 17 hour ‘indoor run’ appeared in my activities. Deleting that returned my activity suggestions to the normal and expected duration range.
