Hi, I’m not sure whether I should be training today, as the training status and form that is showing on my Fitness page is a blue star (Fresh), but the star in my planner for today’s date shows red (very tired). My legs feel tired after a workout I did yesterday, but which one should I follow? Any help gratefully received!
The planner shows status as of midnight so your status as of now would be fresher. We always recommend to follow the signs that your body is telling you before you consider our recommendations.
Thanks Armando. I will take it easy today then with a short base ride on the turbo, and should be fresh for tomorrow!
