Training Responsiveness?

Maybe a better way to explain it is how you touched on before. If we took 1000 cyclists and out them through the exact same training for 12-24 months, would we end up with 1000 identical cyclists? Not even close.

What I see is this desire by many people to want to believe that the best of the best have made heroic sacrifices to become who they are as an athlete, and it’s just not the main reason.

It’s all relative, as a cat 2 road cyclist I see many cyclists that have no chance to even ride at my level, they train harder than I do and never come close.

It’s a genetic lottery. All we can do is maximize our own genetics.

I find it interesting that my HIE responsiveness isn’t higher, as my HIE is at 27.2 right now and I have had it over 30.

Any documentation yet on how to use any of this data?

Hi, I’m trying to change my decay rate back to ‘optimal’ as its currently set to ‘no-decay’ and it won’t allow me to as I’m having this error pop-up. I’m assuming I can change my TP responsiveness to fix this, but the discussion in this thread is leaving it as is. Any solution to this?

Thanks.
