Training Plans

Smart workouts is the thing for me I think - but what I seem to miss compared to Trainerroad is the Training Plans. How do I do something like that in Xert?
Do I have to get a coach to get somethink like that?

The easiest way to train for fitness is to simply choose workouts whose Difficulty matches or is slightly above your Training Status. If your Form is Tired or Very Tired, you may want to do an easier workout that day, perhaps just a Recovery ride. Pretty simple. If you want fully optimized where every minute on the bike should be spent towards a specific target event to maximize your _Athlete Type_ power, then that is in development. With the new Fitness Planner, you’ll actually be able plan this out yourself to a great degree.
