How do I get the training load to increase? I keep getting a message that says training load is below 15 even though I have been on the program for weeks. Also, even at Extreme2 setting for improvement rate I am only getting 2.1 hours a week, I would like to do at least 8 hours. How do I do this and still use recommended workouts?
Hi Sheree, try increasing your Freshness Feedback temporarily to a higher value. You may still see the notification but will get more difficult workouts and with greater XSS to boost your training load. In your case, if your freshness is well matched, simply do one of the recommended workouts when you can and you’ll quickly move up. Once your TL increases, you may want to turn down the Freshness Feedback to better reflect how you are feeling.
