Training load increase without activity

Hello,
Some things seem strange to me:

In the first workout, the training load increases the next day; in the second workout, it increases on the same day; and finally, the training load increases BEFORE the activity—what the heck?

and no red bar after a 3-hour ride

whereas 115 XSS are enough to generate one in the calendar

and this drop is just crazy

Based on the math, all seems normal to me. Just looks a bit strange because of the scaling on the chart. Your training load is currently ~14 and you did a 190 XSS activity (over 10x’s your training load), which caused the increase, then you took a day off, so TL dropped back off.

Training load is an EWMA, so today’s XSS matters significantly more than last week or last month’s training. Is your account up to date with all your activities?

yes up to date, The numbers seem correct, but what I don’t understand is why the chart is wrong.
(Here is the chart from the “Program” tab, which seems correct)

and my training load is “out of sync”

The value 14.9 is higher on the chart than 15.2; it looks like the chart has been going haywire for the past few days.

What can I do to reset my chart, please?
