If you’d like less intensity, change your Athlete Type to Century Rider, change your Target Event Date so that you’re in the Base Phase, reduce your Improvement Rate and/or move your Freshness Feedback to a negative number.

Hey Armando. I am actually riding more with the lockdown with working from home and staying in, keeping almost all at or below LTP. I have made a significant bump in volume and I think for the first time, I am seeing FTP go UP despite the decay curve (normally I see it edge down and then go up with breakthroughs). Also, training status is Very Tired today, but back in the blue tomorrow. When I was doing intensity I would be in the Yellow for long periods. Interesting stuff.
