Training Data training with Power and without power

Hey Guys,
I use a power meter when I ride on the road\indoors but I also do a lot of dirt riding where I’m not using a power meter. I’m curious to hear what others are doing with their data and how this effects xert’s metrics?

I’ve no idea what it does to the fitness metrics but I put an estimation of XSS into a manual workout on the fitness planner so it keeps my CTL/ATL etc up to date. Seems to work well
