Training advisor states: Estimated Break Until Next Workout : 2.5 days
Does that mean I dont need to workout for 2.5 days ( I dont mind, I need to run), but before I started the workout it stated ( I think ) that I needed to do about 90 xss. So, I did it but now I have a surplus! i should be even. Confused but happy! IMG_5319
The Estimated Break value simply converts your surplus into time. It is only an estimate and will likely change over the course of the next 2.5 days. Best to monitor the pacer. Note that if you have time to train and you are feeling fresh, you should train.
