TP updata after breakthrough

I just started using Xert, and I uploaded about 3 months of Strava data. My TP was around 180, which is pretty close to what my traditional FTP is. Now, I did the Xert Fitness Test for Breakthrough Version 2**,** had a breakthrough in peak power, and now my TP is 252. I know that I can’t hold 252W for anywhere near 1 hour. Why did my TP jump so high?

Thanks

How many Breakthroughs (BTs) appear in your three month history?
There is a relationship between signature values and if you have a wide jump in Peak Power (PP) that will cause a recalc of TP.
A sudden jump in PP can be a power meter issue especially during an outdoor ride.
You can always flag a BT activity when you don’t agree with the assessment.
That retains the strain score while nixing the signature calc.

Did you ride the Fitness Test workout entirely in Slope mode?
