Tired and no endurance training recommened?

My remaining recovery tells me that I am tired and should do endurance training and yet high and peak buckets are recommended to me. How can that be?

Is your current tired status will change to blue in the afternoon or evening, just like what shown in the image of mine?

Yes, it’s fresh again this afternoon. But only in 9 hours.

Same to me too, some days, blue status will be in the evening time. So, if I feel don’t have the leg to do the high and peak workout in the morning, I will click the Tired button and it will refresh with endurance workout. Else I will postpone my morning workout to the evening time.

Okay, thanks for the tip. I clicked on tired and now “high” and “peak” are at 0.

I’m experiencing the same thing.

Status is Tired, remaining recovery for Peak is 8 hours as of now and I’m given a target of 78/4.9/0.9 Low/High/Peak XSS.

Training availability for today is set to Use Advisor 4:21 pm. No planned activity. I will not return to Fresh/blue in time.

The status will turn Fresh at 8:43 pm. I have never started an activity that late (on friday).
