Time crunched training

Is there a way I can get X-ert to optimize my training while telling it that I only want to spend 3-4 hours per week on my (indoor) bike? E.g. suggest 2-3 HIIT sessions per week?


You can “always” choose a HIIT workout and you can tell Xert how many hours you have available by changing your “improvement rate” under the goals tab.

Once you have your IR set so that Adaptive Training Advisor or Adaptive Training Program reflects your ideal hours you can filter the ride based on the hours and focus that you ideally want.
