Hi, I am nowhere near 220W TP this is generally when I am at my fittest and would take me 6 months of intense training to get there. I am just starting a training program with Xert and after a 30-minute session with 3 sprints, its jumped up 70W with relatively zero base training.
With “zero base training” I’d ride a few weeks of mostly LIT then ride one of the “fitness test” workouts from the Library in Slope mode.
If you think the bump in PP is valid you could do what @hpbieker suggests which is to manually seed a signature by entering values at the bottom your last activity’s chart and select Save.
Future adjustments will apply to those starting numbers.
You do want viable entries for PP and HIE which in turn affect TP/LTP calculations.
