I did a session this morning and it did not sync to Strava. When I went to sync it manually NO rides appeared in the “Sync With Strava” list (nor in any of the other lists). I’ve ridden 6 times the last week alone (the previous 5 synced without any problem). Something is broken with the syncing mechanism.

Just to clarify, the Sync > Strava page shows Strava activities that haven’t yet been synced to Xert, not Xert activities waiting to be pushed to Strava.
Occasionally, if Strava is temporarily unavailable when your Xert activity is processed, it may fail to sync. In that case, you can:
- Download the FIT file from the top right of the activity details page in Xert and manually upload it to Strava, or
- Download, Delete and re-upload the activity to Xert, which will trigger it to reprocess and send to Strava again (along with any breakthrough or workout report, if applicable).
The good news: we’re working on a feature that will let you manually resend an activity to Strava from within Xert, coming in the next update! ![]()
