I can’t find the option anywhere, so it would be nice if it was added unless I have missed it. My idea is to find workouts that give as much High XSS while keeping the Peak XSS as low as possible. I believe weight training in the gym is best for Peak XSS, at least now in the winter (PCG1a vs MTOR). The Focus of the workouts is not much help as classic 4x8 and my own 6x6 are classified as Endurance, even if they are done in zone 5/VO2max and generates lots of High XSS.
