Suggestion for blog/podcast - Athlete progress

I have the perception that many Xert users are like me and dip in and out of the recommended workouts but use Xert as a means of monitoring progress.

I think it would be good to hear from athletes who have followed the workouts and how they progressed.

When you enter a target date and the type of training you will be putting in do the projected numbers match actual numbers on that day etc.

On a secondary note, I see there is a coach section where they can speak with their coached athletes. I have no idea of how many coaches use Xert as you never see anything about the coaching aspect but I would be interested to hear from some of them as to how they use Xert for coaching.
