Hi, I’m new to xert. Can you create a workout to match a sufferfest video? if someone has can you share workouts?
We don’t offer the ability to share workouts directly (you can view a coach’s workout at the moment). Given how many of the other workouts are based on %FTP and how this doesn’t really capture the true individual differences in workout design (see our blog on Paradigm Shift), we believe it is better to redesign workouts using our innovative methods rather than duplicate workouts based on these older methods.
