how to convert from a monthly to yearly plan? can i get a credit of what i paid monthly towards the yearly?
What happens when you convert to yearly is your next payment on the monthly anniversary will be the yearly amount. You won’t get billed monthly after that. You should be able to use the billing portal for that.

Unfortunately not at this time. Unfair to others that have upgraded to yearly.
