Struggling with usability - planning, editing, conceptually

Moving time makes a lot of sense for those of us that ride on undulating terrain. On a lot of my downhills I have to limit pedaling unless I want to crash going 50 kph.
When riding a mountain bike on challenging terrain even when I’m not pedaling, if I’m moving, I’m definately not doing nothing.

Not everyone is a roadie riding flat terrain or a trainer.

Fortunately you have given us the flexibility to do what works for our individual situations.

So if I change my Activity Time Method to Pedaling Time (from Moving Time), should I click on Adapt Forecast? I want to get this stuff dialed before I get any deeper into my season.

Hw you manually setup your FTP?

I don’t know if it’s trolling at this point.

These are definately 2 rides  But I guess everybody has the freedom to press record when they want to. And of course ride the pace they want to.

All the platforms differentiate between moving time and elapsed time.

You have the option to choose in xert, what matters the most to you.

To add something maybe valuable: When creating the AI Program, did you check if XERT thinks the goal is realstic to achieve?

You find it here:

Another hint: When you think your fitness signature is too high, you should probably set Signature Decay to Agressive in your profile settings for a while until you start hitting breakthroughs again:

Sorry, if I have this right. You’re wondering if I am a troll. Then proceed to roll out a condescending reply, like yours? Half of which is not really relevant to my question.

I was already not renewing Xert. Thank you for being another poor reflection of the platform.
