Strange results after importing Strava rowing data

Hello all, I’m interested in tracking my progress and creating workouts using Xert for my Concept2 rowing program. I’ll add a disclaimer that I know I am not using the program in exactly its intended way, so I don’t mind having to do some work to adapt it to my needs. I have uploaded some activities from my Strava account, and I was wondering if the odd results were just due to the limited number of sessions (11) and them not being close to my limit, or they are otherwise malformed, or the values used by Xert need some tweaking on my part to give sane results for rowing exercises.


The above are my most recent activity and my current status, this threshold and lower threshold powers seem much too low, and it doesn’t seem correct that the “difficulty” ramps up out of the graph like this.

Any thoughts on whether the issue is my data being malformed or my needing to adjust some Xert settings to get the right behaviour? Or perhaps this is just due to the lack of long-term data?
