Stop Strava auto updating Xert fitness plan?

Is there a way to disable the new feature whereby anything uploaded to Strava is automatically added to your plan?
I was going into my Strava account and naming the workout with the title I wanted before I loaded it into my Xert plan.
It seems that now as soon as its in my Strava plan it comes over to Xert, before I’ve had a chance to title it etc.

Basically I like the way I had to click sync myself and check what I was bringing across to my Xert plan. Can I switch that back?

At the moment, if the connection is up, Strava will send us all your activities. It works similarly to how the Garmin Connect interface works. We are looking into other ways to help our users keep titles and descriptions in sync with Strava too.
