Hi - on lockdown in remote location, only have access to a manual stationary bike. I do have my HR monitor. No power, no cadence, no speed info
I do follow the various workouts and pedal hard and fast during the intervals.
With no power & cadence how can I keep my fitness signature up-to-date?
I don’t think your goal is practical without power but if you want XSS values to be estimated for your workouts you could add a cadence sensor and enable HRDM (heart rate derived metrics) under your account profile.
This assumes you have sufficient historical power data on file to properly estimate the values.
