Starting over after Garmin Connect cleanup


I had some bad files (with powerspikes etc) - so I resetted my account…and connected to Garmin again…but no sync is taking place…how do I import all the old data from Garmin connect?

Hi Bo, can you try and open up the authorized apps in your Garmin Connect account and remove the Xert app authoriization. Then come back here and disconnect/reconnect/reauthorize Xert and let us know if you start seeing activities come through. Note that you’ll only see activities from the last month. To syn older activities, you’ll need export them from Garmin Connect or connect your Garmin bike computer and upload the FIT files directly. If you have them synced on Strava, that will likely be the easiest.
