Starting mid way through a ride?

Is it possible to have the ability to start mid way through a ride - by passing the warm up - so you can target the specific workout. I might have already done a warm or I might have had to restart the app for some reason and do not want to go back to the start - time crunched. Thanks

Simply skip intervals. On Xert Mobile, tap the interval timer. On Garmin, click the lap button menu.
