I have selected a ‘Slow’ IR. The Planner says last week I did 32.8 XSS/Day. This week I have done 44.4 XSS/Day with one day remaining. It is recommending a 70 XSS workout for the last day and saying I have fallen behind. Please would someone explain this to me as I’m a little confused but otherwise really enjoying the Xert experience.
Thanks in advance.
The Training Pacer operates on a moving weighted average of XSS over a rolling 7-day window.
You don’t really have “one day remaining” to fulfill a weekly goal. Xert is more flexible than that.
If the needle floats between 11am-1pm you’re on track to maintain your IR moving forward.
With XATA day-of-the-week advice is also a factor (what you normally do on same day) which you may decide to ignore this week.
Also note that a deficit/surplus does not carry over from one week to the next.
